Deadly stabbing attack in Germany was 'act of terror', say officials

Hendrik Wuest, the premier of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, said a stabbing rampage that killed three and injured eight in Solingen was an "act of terror". The Islamic State group has since claimed responsibility for the attack.
