DJ told to 'keep on playing' to avoid 'mass panic' after stabbing in Solingen

Music producer and DJ Topic said he kept performing to 'avoid causing mass panic' during the attack in his home town of Solingen at around 9.45pm last night. It comes as police arrested a 'young person' at an apartment block one mile from the scene.
