Facial recognition technology helps police arrest Rolex thief in Cardiff

Andreas Lee, 41, from Llanrumney in Cardiff, was sentenced at Cardiff Crown Court on August 13 to six weeks for theft. Officers were driving down Bute Street in Cardiff in the early hours of January 17 when they were flagged down by the victim.
