Police confirm tragic deaths of Notting Hill attack victims

Two people died from separate Notting Hill carnival attacks. Cher Maximen died in hospital after she was caught in the middle of a fight between two groups, and Mussie Imnetu suffered a severe head injury in an assault and passed away.
