Paris beefs up security as the Paralympics closing ceremony approaches

Security was ramped up in Paris ahead of the Paralympics closing ceremony, with police patrolling the city centre. London tourist Joe Gallagher, 61, said he found the increased security 'very impressive' and reassuring.
