The rate of UK unemployment fell to 4.1% in the three months to July down from 4.2% in the previous three months, according to data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS).The ONS said total pay increased by 4% over the same period, the lowest increase for four years meaning the full state pension is set to rise by £460 from next April under the "triple lock" guarantee.
