Probation chief inspector: The pressure on our prisons is 'extreme'

The chief inspector of probation, Martin Jones, says the Probation Service is under 'huge amounts of pressure'. Asked about the prisoners being released today, he said that there is a 'certainty' some will go on to reoffend.
