Army officer goes viral for wearing camouflage and hi-vis vest

An army officer has gone viral for wearing two supposedly contrasting pieces of clothing. Warrant Officer Class 1 Jeff Elso saw viewers of Countryfile take to social media because of his choice of clothing- a camouflage uniform and a hi-vis vest.
