Hilary Benn says £700 million project at Harland and Wolff shipyard will continue

Northern Ireland Secretary Hilary Benn has confirmed that a £700 million project at Harland and Wolff shipyard will continue. The historic Belfast shipyard earlier announced the business is set to move into administration.
