Rescuers evacuate elderly as Putin's guided bomb destroys retirement home

During a daytime strike on the northern city of Sumy a Russian guided bomb hit a five-storey building, housing about 211 elderly people, killing one and injuring 13, regional and military officials said on Thursday.
