Biden welcomes leaders of Australia, Japan and India for Quad Summit in Delaware

Joe Biden has welcomed Anthony Albanese, Narendra Modi and Fumio Kishida, the leaders of Australia, India and Japan, to the Quad summit in Delaware. They are expected to announce new security initiatives in the Indian Ocean.
