Terrifying moment motorist on M1 captures tornado on camera while driving

Parts of Britain were left underwater today with homes flooded, football matches cancelled, schools closed, cars submerged and railway lines blocked. The Met Office has warned of further heavy outbreaks of rain moving eastwards.
