Moment drug dealer leaps from upstairs window and jumps fence to escape police

A blundering drug dealer leaped from an upstairs window then bounded over a fence to escape from cops - without realising he was being watched by a drone. Fugitive Sambou Kassama, 27, was seen trying to hide in a neighbours' garden in Ely, Cardiff.
