Angry homeowner catches refuse collector putting food waste with general rubbish

A homeowner was left furious after he caught refuse collectors putting food waste in with the general rubbish. The footage was caught on camera in Maidstone, Kent, where Maidstone Borough Council runs alternating weeks of general waste and recycling.
