Winery owner is sued for housing a beloved employee and his family

Michael and Kellie Ballard own the Savannah-Chanelle Vineyards. On their property, they've been providing affordable housing for an employee and his family that the Ballards consider 'family.' The Ballards are now being fined over $120,000.
