Passengers on stuck L train forced to walk along tracks to exit

A Brooklyn-bound L train was stopped for over an hour with no AC and no power. Passengers said they were waiting the entire time for the FDNY to arrive. Once there, passengers were escorted out and had to walk along the train track to exit.
