Yobs film themselves laughing while driving onto pavement to hit cyclist

Video shows two yobs laughing as they drive onto a pavement in Bristol, knocking cyclist Julian Ford off his bike. Ford suffered broken ribs and internal bleeding. The footage was found during an investigation into another hit-and-run.
