Main street of Marshall in NC inundated with staggering Helene flooding

The main street of Marshall in North Carolina was seen inundated with a staggering amount of flooding from Hurricane Helene. Local Josh Copus shot the video on September 28th, and said the high water mark looked to be around 27 feet high.
