Taxi with shattered glass seen after Ian Hislop targeted in 'gun attack attempt'

A black cab with shattered back glass is seen being towed away after Private Eye editor and Have I Got News For You star Ian Hislop was 'targeted in a gun attack'. The newsman was in the back of the taxi when the firearm was discharged.
