Streets flooded in South Florida as Storm Milton approaches with heavy rain

Heavy rain caused flooding in parts of South Florida as Tropical Storm Milton strengthened and approached. Milton is expected to develop into a Category 3 hurricane, and dozens of counties in South Florida have already declared a state of emergency.
