Tragic fire breaks out in block of flats as result of explosion in Alloa

Passers-by and staff and diners from a nearby restaurant rushed to the aid of residents trapped inside the flats in Alloa, Clackmannanshire, as fire engulfed the property. The blast was captured by a CCTV camera at the nearby Alba restaurant.
