Jack Doherty's brother claims YouTuber wasn't on phone when he crashed supercar

Michael Doherty, the brother of Jack Doherty, says the YouTube personality was not on the phone when he crashed his McLaren supercar and that it was caused by the vehicle hydroplaning when it hit a patch of wet road.
