UNRWA chief: Palestinian camps have begun 'emptying' in Lebanon after strikes

Chief of United Nations Palestinian Refugee Agency (UNWRA) says refugees are leaving camps in southern Lebanon to find safety elsewhere, particularly in northern regions. He says it is a 'tragedy' as some people have been displaced for a third time.
