Priest caught using phone at wheel to join a council meeting on Zoom

A priest has been caught using his phone at the wheel in order to zoom call into a council meeting, all whilst driving to officiate a funeral. Father Malcolm Lane, 69, was seen on camera sitting behind the wheel of his car.
