Thief on electric bike stopped by passers by seconds after stealing woman's phone

A man on an electric bike was stopped by brave passersby just a few seconds after stealing a woman's iPhone. CCTV footage shows a crowd rushing forward to slow down one of the thieves who was going up Ludgate Hill towards St Paul's in London.
