Tesla's headquarters spills lime-green liquid into Bay Area streets

Tesla could face being hit with fines after a chemical spill at their Palo Alto facility ended up in the city's drain system. City resident Mike Hedblom first discovered the fluorescent leak while on an evening stroll last Thursday.
