Moment police officers shift an enormous HIPPO statue off road in North Wales

Police were baffled about reports of a large hippo holding up traffic in a seaside town. The model hippo amused passers-by after it had randomly been placed in the middle of the road in the seaside town of Rhyl, North Wales.
