Tractors and tow trucks work to clear flood-hit highway near Valencia outskirts

Tractors and tow trucks worked on the V-31 highway in the outskirts of Valencian. The death toll from the flash floods in eastern Spain has climbed above 155 in what could become Europe's worst storm-related disaster in over five decades.
