CCTV captures moment elderly man violently thrown to ground during arrest

Seventy-year-old Lich Vu was arrested as he was being issued a ticket for a minor traffic incident. Bodycam video released by the Oklahoma City PD shows Vu tap the officer before he was violently thrown to the ground. The officer was placed on leave.
