Moment knifeman gets arrested after 'carrying knives' outside Houses of Parliament

A 34 year old 'knifeman' has been arrested following claims of someone carrying knives outside the Houses of Parliament, in front of tourists. Police said there has wasn't any reported injuries and it is 'not being treated as terror related'.
