Reverend Dr Ian Paul says the Archbishop lost confidence of survivors

Speaking to BBC Newsnight, Reverend Dr Ian Paul said the Archbishop has lost confidence of clergy and survivors. He claimed that they are working for the church to be a 'safe place'.
