A mother who needed a quick Caesarean after discovering she had aggressive breast cancer in pregnancy is celebrating her daughter's first birthday.Laura Hudson, a 34-year-old lawyer, and her husband Sam, were told she had the disease last November as they were preparing for the birth of their first child.Medics realised Mrs Hudson, who was 36 weeks pregnant, would need quick treatment and so organised a Caesarean section less than a week after she was diagnosed.
