China's Xi is greeted at Peru's National Palace ahead of mega port opening

Xi Jinping was welcomed to Peru ahead of the inauguration of the Chancay deep water port, one of Beijing's most ambitious infrastructure investments in Latin America. Peru's president Dina Boluarte greeted her Chinese counterpart.
