Biden, Xi and other APEC leaders meet for 'folkloric' summit dinner

Joe Biden, Xi Jinping and the other APEC leaders have met for a 'folkloric' summit dinner and cultural event in Peru. Biden had earlier refused to answer questions on what Donald Trump's election victory meant for allies.
