Grieving wife calls for tougher driving laws after losing her husband

David Sinar, 64, was travelling at 40mph on his brand-new Lambretta when Amber Potter, 23, slammed into him at 70mph. Mr Sinar's wife has said losing her husband has been heartbreaking and the family will never forgive the winking killer.
