Principal charged with criminal mistreatment amidst teacher abuse allegations

Katy Wagner, the principal of St. Helens High School, is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment and four counts of first-degree criminal misconduct amidst sex abuse allegations against teachers at the school.
