Shocking moment man climbed onto roof and threw tiles at his neighbours

This is the moment a man tries to 'systematically destroy' two houses at the end of a bitter neighbour dispute. Mark Coates climbed onto roof and is seen in the footage ripping off the tiles and hurling them to the ground.
