US man wrongfully jailed for a murder is awarded $13m after 27 years in a prison

A Massachusetts man who was wrongly convicted of murder and forced to spend nearly 30 years behind bars has been awarded $13 million in compensation. Michael Sullivan was released in 2013 after a new trial and new DNA technology proved his innocence.
