Derbyshire Land Rover hit and run: Police on scene where Alana Armstrong died

The video shows police staff sweeping the road, and entering a forensic tent in the hopes of gathering more evidence in an incident which saw a young mother, Alana Armstrong, killed in a hit ands run.
