South Korea opposition leader Lee Jae-myung denounces martial law as 'illegal'

South Korean opposition Democratic Party leader, Lee Jae-myung said the declaration of martial law was 'illegal' and 'unconstitutional'. Lee then filmed himself jumping the fence at the South Korean National Assembly.
