Are these 'Putin's mystery drones' in the night sky over RAF Lakenheath?

Video obtained exclusively by MailOnline appears to show a swarm of drones flying over an American air base which is reportedly due to become home to US nuclear weapons. Four suspected drones are seen brazenly flying above RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk.
