Police investigate 'brutal and senseless' death of mum-of-two nurse in Banbridge

The victim, who suffered a head injury, has been named as 40-year-old Karen Cummings. Two men have been arrested over her death at a house in Banbridge, County Down on Saturday. Police said 24 women had been killed in Northern Ireland since 2020.
