Stroke changes British woman's voice to Italian: 'I've lost my identity'

Althia Bryden, 58, from Highbury, London, began speaking with an Italian accent after a stroke in May 2024 left her unable to speak or feel the right side of her body. She says it feels like someone is 'impersonating' her.
