'You are an inspiration': Macmillan cancer Unit worker thanks Kate in Sandringham

The Princess of Wales accepted bouquets of flowers from well-wishers as she greeted the crowds outside St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham today. Cancer unit worker thanked Kate for being an inspiration to all the cancer patients.
