WHO head: Vital to help restore services in Yemen

Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, of the World Health Organization: said in 2018 that 'even in protracted crisis it is both possible and necessary to provide humanitarian assistance... to alleviate suffering but contribute to restoring our services.'
