Girl was on her way to school when accident happened

Footage from Dec. 10 shows the moment that a 12-year-old girl, who was reportedly on her way to school in Plano, Texas, was struck by a car in a hit-and-run. The alleged driver, Zulma Beltran, is being held in Plano City Jail.
