Kamala Harris says she "might" run for president in 2028. Is she what Democrats are looking for?

But Molly Ball tells the Inside Politics panel Kamala Harris may have a difficult path in a Democratic primary. "My sense of the Democratic base is they don't think she was treated fairly.
