Will China arm its newest manmade island?

<p>China has reclaimed at least 15 square kilometers of new land at Antelope Reef in the South China Sea since last December, according to a security research organization. It is believed to be Beijing's first major land reclamation project in the hotly disputed waters in years after a controversial building boom nearly a decade ago.</p>
