Cuba's president reacts to US Department of Justice indicting Raúl Castro

<p>The US Department of Justice unsealed its indictment against former Cuban President Raúl Castro and several others for their alleged role in the 1996 shootdown of two civilian aircraft belonging to the Cuban-American group Brothers to the Rescue.
