DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro: WHCD shooting suspect is 'far from insane'

<p>US Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro spoke to CNN's Jake Tapper on the probe into the White House Correspondents' Dinner shooting suspect, as well as the alleged gunman's possible motives and targets. Pirro also said she will not recuse herself from the case because she was a witness. </p>
